Sephora Haul Time: Urban Decay, Make Up Forever & More!

Hey divas!! I am back! I am sooo glad to be back with a fun makeup haul to start of the fall season of fun and all things beauty here at Beauty Chameleon! Now, first things first. This is a cumulative haul, so don't go thinking that I went out and bought all of these fabulous things in one sitting, lol. My wallet would literally go running, hahaha. The items you will see me chat about in the video below are things that I have ran out of and needed to repurchase or things that I am curious to try out and share with you all my thoughts. So. . . What did I get? Here we go:

  • Perricone Skincare kit (Perriconemd.com) I picked this one up over at the end of summer because they had such a great deal. $49 for the 3 piece set that includes the nutritive cleanser, Advanced firming face activator, and the face finishing moisturizer. Like I will mention in the video below, i like this trio because I notice a visible difference in my pores, expressions lines on my forehead and smoother looking skin.
  • Peter Thomas Roth Instant mineral SPF 30
  • Urban decay Primer potion
  • Urban decay Revolution Lash Curler
  • Lorac Take a brow
  • Lorac luster drops
  • Tarte Amazonian Clay 12 hour Blushes in Tipsy & Blushing Bride
  • Makeup Forever Blushes #42, #18, #70. The empty makeup palette was free with a purchase of 3 shadows or blushes. Use code "MUFE"
  • Oscar Blandi Jasmine Shampoo
  • Oscar Blandi restyling protein spray
  • Benefit They're Real mascara

All items from this haul except for the Perricone kit can be found at Sephora.com

Now, was that all I hauled no way! I also hauled some items from the drugstore and Avon too so stay tuned for that video next week. I wanted to include those items in this video, but it would ave been wayyy tooo long. In the meantime, what have you hauled recently? Or what are you favorites items you loved for the month of August?

Shades Of Autumn: Smokey Greens Eye tutorial

It is time to say goodbye to summer and hello fall. I can not believe how fast the summer came and went. How about you? Even though summer is over I am glad the fall is here because that is one of my favorite time of the year because the earth begins to transform into a very beautiful spectrum of colors. With that said, comes my inspiration from all of the transforms leaves from our beautiful trees. As I stroll around walking or playing outside with my son I see so many pretty shades of greens, yellows, brown and reds everywhere, hence inspiration for eye makeup.

Recently, I was sent a beautiful spectrum of eyeshadows from Raving Beauty Cosmetics. The colors are sent are prefect for this time of year. The colors I received are as follows:

The Organic Field is a shimmer that is transparent, so if you are looking for a very intense color you will have to use it wet or apply an eyeshadow base like MAC's paint pot or and NYX jumbo pencil in order to intensify the color a bit. In addition to Organic field the Minted Lemon will have the similar feature. Now the Dark Truffle eye shadow is a matte that is very pigmented and does not require a base, however I would still recommend a primer. All of the shadows go on very smooth and non irritating to the eye. So, with that said, I decided to create a wearable smokey eye look inspired by the changes of the season.

The products used in this tutorial:

  • Smashbox Photo Finish Lid Primer (sephora)
  • MAC Paint Pot: Underground (nordstrom)
  • Raving Beauty Cosmetics: Organic Field, Minted Lemon & Dark Truffle eye shadows (raving beauty cosmetics)
  • Lorac eyeshadow: Nude
  • Urban Decay 24/7 glide liner: Zero (Sephora)
  • Wet N Wild Liner: Black (drugstore)
  • Lorac Special Effects mascara: Black (sephora)
  • Ardell Demi lashes 120 (Ulta)
  • Revlon Colorstay Foundation 400 Caramel Normal to Dry (drugstore)
  • MAC Mineralized skinfinish powder: Medium Deep (nordstrom)

  • NARS Blush: Orgasm (sephora)
  • NYX Lip pencil: Natural (UIta)
  • NARS Lipgloss: Orgasm (Sephora)
