Hey everyone! Here comes another tutorial in my summer bright series and this one will include a bright lip and cheek, however the eye look will be more on the neutral side for my neutral chameleon. I decided to break out my MAC eyeshadows and wipe up a gorgeous eye that can be worn for everyday look at the office, dinner date, or out with the girls shopping on the town.
