Fitness With P90X: Week 8 Updates & Results
Hey all, here are my result for week 8 of the program as you know I got sick this past week, so that really reduced my results this week. Life happeneds, but the key is to keep on going!
Stats For 8 weeks:
Jan 8th: Start weight: 198lbs
