Get Fit Tuesday: Week 8

It is week 8 and what a great week for weight loss. Last week I was bloated due to T.O.M. and weighed in at 187!! I tried not to get too depressed about the number because it was mainly water and some weight gain too. So, with that in mind I kept to my routine last week and this week I weighed in at 179!!! yey 🙂 I am so happy to see that number again. Check out my video below for more details.
