Okay, you all know or maybe you all are learning that I LOVE makeup especially eyeshadows!! Well, for some time since I’ve started watching youtube reviews and tutorials I have been seeing the buzz about Beauty From The Earth Mineral Eyeshadows and how great they are! So, back in June I decided to browse around that site and check out some things. To my surprise the products was not expensive at all. One shadow retails for only $6.50 for a 1 gram net weight of product in the jar. I thought that was awesome considering other mineral brands like Bare Escentuals retails for $13.00 and more! Before I decided to click and shop like crazy I decided to purchase some samples. That’s right! You can order for $1.00 each and select whatever color you want!! I also decided to purchase sample jars to place my samples in and the sample jars only retails for $1.00, so all in all I ordered 10 jars and 10 samples for a total of $20.
Samples inside jars:
I was really impressed with how much of a sample they sent me. Typically on their site the sample is enough for 2-3 uses. Well if you use them appropriately the sample can be used more than 2-3 times! Why, The minerals are so pigmented and I love it! They colors look great with just primer alone, however when you layer them on top of a cream shadow or Mehron Paradise palette colors they are freakin AWESOME!!!
Check out the swatches on top of primer by Too Faced:
As you can see from my swatches the mineral shadows goes on very smooth and luminous too! Also you can see that the carry a range from bright colors to even more neutral colors. Check out there website to see the big variety of shadows and other mineral products that they carry.
You are probably wondering if a video and some tutorials will be coming from this brand and yes, there will be. Hopefully tonight I can start filming my serious of videos for you all. I think I will create the following looks for you all:
1. A Red Hot wearable eyes using wildfire, addicted and a black shadow
2. A fall inspired look using harvest and a brown shadow
3. A bright and dramatic look using lime, green apple and blueberry
So stay tuned for more. Until then you all have a great day!
Tasha 🙂
