Dr. Miracle’s Anti-Breakage Strengthening Creme Review

Hi Beauty Chameleons! Today is my first time ever doing review on hair products. Lately, I have become obsessed with really taking hair of my hair. Why, well now that I think about it, it has been over two years since I accidentally used a product on relaxed hair which cased my hair to fall out. I am not kidding it fell out leaving me with a 1 & 1/2 hair left to work with. I was just horrified!!  However, I learned my lesson! Which is to read the product packaging and not to trust a sales associate when it comes to certain things, like my hair.

sbs-254002Ever since then I have gotten my hair to grow back in to a chin length bob, but it is uneven and unhealthy. So lately I have been wanting to treat my hair so that it will grow stronger and healthier. With that in mind last month I went over to sally beauty supply to purchase Dr. Miracles relaxer, Dr. Miracles Stimulating Moisturizing Gro Oil, and Dr. Miracle’s Anti-Breakage Strengthening Creme.

I have to say I love the relaxer and gro oil, but the Anti Breakage Strengthening Creme is another story. It’s bad you all, I hated it! Why? Well they say when you use this product you will experience:

* Thermalceutical Complex penetrates hair shaft, ending breakage while adding brilliant shine
* Works deep into scalp, waking up dead hair follicles
* Featherlight cream moisturizes, conditions and finishes hair and scalp
* Makes detangling easy
* Protects hair from heat styling

This creme moisturizes and conditions with daily use and is excellent on relaxed, braided, weaved or natural hair. Thermalceutical complex penetrates hair shaft, ending breakage while adding brilliant shine. Works deep into the scalp waking up dead hair follicles. Enjoy the tingle – Enjoy the growth.

Okay, to me the creme seemed to be very water based and you know with ethnic hair too much water based products can be drying and cause more breakage to the hair. Guess what? That is exactly what happened to me. My hair became dry and brittle and started to break more. I was using this for almost a month to realize this. So I immediately stopped using this product. Have anyone one of you tried this particular product? What are you thoughts on this? Maybe I was using it wrong? Let me know.

Anyway, I stop using the anit-breakage strengthening Creme and switch to a different product called Doo Gro Medicated Hair Vitalizer Triple Strength. I like this one because it is ultra light and it leaves my hair feeling so much softer with a healthy luster to it as well. So in essence my hair routine will be Dr. Miracles relaxer, stimulation gro oil and the doo gro hair vitalizer so that my hair can continue to grow and stay healthy. If you were looking to try the Anti-breakage Strengthening Creme I would not recommend it at all, but that is just my opinion. I hope this was helpful to anyone thinking of trying something new on their hair.

Chat soon,

Tasha 🙂
