Fitness With P90X: Day 4 Shoulders & Arms


Woot! Is all I can say for day 4 on the P90X! Yesterday was pumping some iron day for sure. I was the day for shoulders and arms and this workout will definitely get your muscles a burn throughout the 56 minute workout. There were challenges for me yesterday because time ran out for me and I did not prepare a long enough time slot to complete the entire workout. I was only able to do 40 minutes of the entire workout which is not bad at all.

I have to say I learned a lot about different movements that you can do to workout the bicep and tricep muscle. I really did not realize that there was so many movements that can be done to workout one muscle group! The movement that got my muscle burning was the chair dips with the triceps group. OMG!! On fire! Other than this, the workout was great! I felt that this day went really well and I can’t wait to see my results on Friday which is my weigh in day!!

What I ate:

break fast: 2 serving of oatmeal with milk, banana and water

Lunch: Roast Beef Sandwich with provolone cheese, onion and mustard on wheat bread, bananas and blackberries and water

Afternoon snack: Yogurt with a serving of blackberries ( love blackberries) and water

Diner and Snack: Healthy choice (no time to cook and was at work, so these come in handy for sure) and water

I hope posting my daily meals help. Please let me know if it does, because I know many people can not afford to join diet plans these days. Anyway. . . Today is day 5 and I am off to do P90X Yoga workout. Chat later 🙂
