Urban Decay Deluxe Shadow Box: Blues Tutorial
Hi beauty chameleons! I am back and ready for a another bright tutorial. I decided to whip out one of my favorite shadow palette from urban decay cosmetics called the deluxe shadow box. This palette is filled with some pigmented bright colors along with a few neutral shades as well. If you love bright blues then this tutorial is for you.
