		<description>i am in my 4th week of P90X-- I just finished Kenpox sweat a ton but not too intense with cardio-- am I doing something wrong? I get into it with the punching,twisting, and bending over. Also, not losing any lbs, but toning up-- suggestion for dropping lbs??</description>

		<description>Caitlin! Good for you for giving up soda. I no longer crave for soda at all. I just switched to cooking the meal in the nutrition guide going into week 5. For some reason I am not getting the right about of nutrition. So, today was my first day trying the meals in the fat shredder 1 meal plan and It is not bad. But you are right you will spend a lot of time cooking. I kind of wish that I have my personal chef to cook my meals, lol. Best wishes in your journey and stay tuned I will be posting a video of my week 4 progress and post pictures of the meal from the nutrition plan book from P90X.

		<description>I stumbled upon your blog over the weekend as I was preparing for P90X and I can&#039;t tell you how inspirational you&#039;ve been to me already! I started today and although I couldn&#039;t do more than 5 push ups and had to use the resistance bands for chin ups and pull ups, I feel like my workout went pretty well!

Quick question for you: do you follow the P90X nutrition plan or are you doing your own thing nutrition wise? I&#039;m not following it only because I don&#039;t have the time to cook the meals but I am doing my own thing and eating 5-6 small meals throughout the day. I&#039;ve also given up diet soda completely and am sticking to water and iced tea!
