I started P90X on May 30th of 2009 and made it about 60 days.  I started again on October 11th and became a P90X grad 90 days later :)

The diet is so crucial to the P90X workouts.  I think the whole first month all I ate was that giant salad for lunch and pecan chicken with honey chili sauce.

Stick with it.  You will get wonderful results.  Some people can do with out it, but I like to have a cheat day.  One day where I can eat mashed potatoes with butter and garlic, or some pasta or pizza... it keeps me sane.

If you are out of recovery drink, a quick fix is a cup of OJ, a cup of water, a cup of ice, a scoop of protein powder, and a scoop of creatine monohydrate.  

I tell you, after sweating it out, that cool creamy recovery drink is real satisfying.
